As a thank you, we include our full Executor Pack — usually £249 — completely free when your total investment is £900 or higher. The Executor Pack is a professionally prepared personal estate guide — covering bank accounts, property, insurance. pensions, insurance, and funeral wishes — that you complete in your own time. So the people you leave behind aren't searching through drawers while they grieve.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I call you?
Absolutely not. Most people who call me only know one thing: they want to protect their family. It is my job to help you figure out the rest. We will explore your options together at your own pace.
What if my partner or family member isn’t ready to talk about this yet?
This is incredibly common. It is always okay to have a preliminary, one-on-one chat with me just to gather information for yourself. You can then share what you’ve learned with them whenever they feel comfortable.
I don't have a massive estate. Is estate planning still for me?
Yes. Estate planning isn't just for the wealthy. If you own a home, have savings, or have children, you have a legacy worth protecting. More importantly, tools like Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) protect you during your lifetime, regardless of your bank balance.
What if my personal circumstances change?
A trust can help make sure your wishes are followed even if things change in future. It can help you:
- include future grandchildren or other relatives who might be born after you make your will
- ensure your chosen beneficiaries receive inheritance, even if your partner remarries or updates their own will
- protect inheritance against major life events, such as divorce or bankruptcy
How much will this cost? Are there hidden fees?
Our initial chat is 100% free and carries zero obligation. If we identify that you need formal documents (like a Will or a Trust), we will give you a clear, fixed-price quote before any work begins. You will never face unexpected bills.
How is talking to you different from using an online DIY Will kit?
Cheap online kits offer a one-size-fits-all approach that often fails to protect your home from care fees or minimize Inheritance Tax. Working with me ensures your documents are legally robust, tailored to your exact family dynamic, and structured to genuinely protect your wealth.
